Certification-Workshop for the Ego-Development-Profile™

Sustainable success of managers increasingly demands more than technical competence, mastery of management techniques and soft skills. Especially with big challenges it is often crucial that the personality of the leader, so the basic way they think, feel and act, is corresponding to the task.

E-D Profile^TM - Development-oriented personality assessment for special requirements

The E-D Profile^TM is a validated over decades test of development and personality. Compared to other personality profiles (such as DISC, Myers Briggs, Big Five / NEO-FFI), it does not measure stable personality characteristics (eg extraversion), but each reached the level of personal development (stage of ego development). Unlike other personality tests, the E-D Profile^TM because of its methodology can also hardly be manipulated in terms of social desirability.

The currently achieved level of ego development can really make a difference especially in top management positions, in complex and contentious professional contexts and in the implementation of large change projects.

Content of certification workshops

In our four-day workshop you will experience:

theoretical foundations of the I-E profile
practical experience with the instrument
the use in leadership development, coaching and management diagnostics.

Having successfully completed the certification workshop, you will be entitled to use the IE-Profil^TM independently.

Prerequisites

Counseling training (eg. coaching, supervision, organizational development, systemic consulting) or equivalent practical experience
some years of professional experience
Willingness and ability to take distance to their own personality.

The Wannsee Forum at Pohlesee in Berlin offers a bright fire hall, shady terraces and a large garden with lake access - everything you need to combine intense learning and a relaxed atmosphere in this fundamental issue.
